What exactly is DealSpring.com?
Each day we feature an unbelievable deal right in your city. They vary from restaurants to festivals and everything else in between. We can get you amazing discounts because we promise each business a minimum number of customers.
Where are my vouchers??
Your vouchers are available the morning after a deal expires (if we reached the minimum number of buyers.) Vouchers are available in your account. Simply login and click "My Account" on the top right of the page.
Am I required to get friends to buy?
Not at all! If you have a friend that might like the deal why not tell them though? They could save some money and at the same time bring everyone closer to making the deal happen.
Am I charged for joining DealSpring.com?
Not at all! When you see a deal that you like go ahead and buy it. We'll charge your card if enough people buy. If not, you are not charged a dime.
Is my information safe with DealSpring.com?
Absolutely. We don't sell or release your contact information to third parties, not even the merchants that you buy from. In addition, we take storing your payment information very seriously and utilize 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. You will see the secure icon on the bottom right of your screen during check out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and even Diner's Club.
What does "Deal is still sprouting" mean?
It means the deal is not active yet. We are still in need of more buyers to sprout the deal and make it happen.
If I like a deal, how do I buy it?
Simply click the "buy now" button before the offer ends at midnight. If enough people buy you will get an email from us with your voucher the next morning. If there are not enough people who buy then no one is charged and unfortunately no one gets the deal. That's why it's important to tell your friends!
How do I use my DealSpring voucher?
If you buy a deal and it sprouts you will get your voucher link sent your email. You can also access them in your account. Simply print and redeem at the address shown on it. We even include a map on each voucher to keep it easy!
Can I give a DealSpring voucher as a gift?
Yes! To do this you must select that option while buying it though. Simply click the "Send this deal as a gift" option underneath the quantity during check out.
My name is on the voucher, can someone else use it?
No. The person on the voucher must always be present to redeem it. This rule is for your protection.
Do I need to use my voucher right away?
No. There is a expiration date on each voucher but you never need to use them immediately.
My voucher has expired, what now?
No worries, you didn't lose everything. Once a voucher has reached the expiration date it loses its face value (the "promo" value.) You can still redeem it for the actual price that you paid for up to 5 years.
If I don't use the full value of my voucher can I save the rest for later?
No. Unless otherwise stated in the fine print you cannot receive store credit, cash back, or any form of a refund. Bring a friend or two and use up the whole thing.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a voucher?
Since our vouchers are similar to a giftcard (but only better) we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your purchase please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
